Yeah...no Bikram bender for this hombre. I intended so many things at the start of the week and am now near the end of it and accomplished pretty much nil. Distracted, frustrated and letting others rule my life....must regroup, refocus and restart. I made it to two classes this week and tonights class was a killer. Loving it though....sadistic as that is.
Here's hoping I can cram what I must do into what is left of this week before the weekend falls and the new week starts again...
